The twenty-seventh show completed for 2019 was for Wolfson High School from Jacksonville, Florida. Jacksonville is the largest city in Florida and is on the Northeast corner of the state, about 950 miles east from Houston. The school has 945 students. Their director is Cristina Ledford and this is the 6th time I have done their show.
The show is entitled The Greatest Showman and is from Hal Leonard with all arrangements are by Paul Murtha. It is in four movements entitled The Greatest Show, A Million Dreams, This is Me, Never Enough, and From Now On.
The show has 40 sets and would be considered a Grade 3 or of moderate difficulty. There were 68 members to this band including 44 winds. This show was completed as the first of a trio of shows on September 29.
