This is the 4th of five shows that I am doing for fun for the off season. This one is entitled Latin Variations by several different sources. The opener is Children of Sanchez by Chuck Mangione and this arrangement is by Ralph Ford and Alfred Music. The 2nd tune is White Rabbit which is the Jefferson Airplane song from 1967. The arrangement is from Arrangers Publishing and is by Tom Wallace. The closer is Malaguena from Hal Leonard and is arranged by Jay Bocook.
I had a hard time coming up with a title to this one because of White Rabbit. It just sounded kind of Latin to me. As I heard the lyrics to this one, it has nothing to do with Latin music. But I loved the arrangement so it is part of this show.
The drill is for 84 winds, 11 battery percussion, and 20 colorguard. There are 59 sets to this show.
