This one is dedicated to Bobby Mowles.
This is the third show done just for fun. The show is entitled Teamwork and it is by Luke McMillan. The show depicts a group who is seperated at first and comes together during the 2nd movement and has some fun on the closer. The idea to me was a little abstract but it does work. In this case, I used three sets of uniforms that combine at the end which makes me wonder what that would really look like. This was the Edna High School Band’s show from 2011 directed by Mr. Mowles and was the first show that I wrote that went to the Texas State Marching Contest. The drill here is a bit different. There are 49 sets to this one and it is done with 64 winds, 11 battery, and 16 colorguard.
