The tenth show completed for 2022 was for Warren High School from Warren, Texas. Warren in is deep southeast Texas about 40 miles northwest of Beaumont. They are a smaler school of about 351 students. Their director is Ray Ramos and this is the first time I have done their show.
Their show is entitled An American Medley and is arranged by Barry Hurt. Songs used for the medley are America the Beautiful, When Johnny Comes Marching Home, Shenandoah, The Yellow Rose of Texas, America, Yankee Doodle, and The Battle Hymn of the Republic. The show was written for 52 members including 41 winds and has 26 sets. This is the 2nd movement which includes Shenandoah, The Yellow Rose of Texas, and America.
