This is the 3rd example of 12. This was written for a pretty good size band from South Dakota. The band had 107 members including 82 winds. It had 40 sets and was completed on July 5.
The show is Marian, The Lady Hood of Sherwood Forest and it is by Randall Standridge (the music is a personal favorite of mine for the year). It changes the Robin Hood legend a little bit making Marian the hero. It is in three movements.
