The 57th and final show completed for 2026 is for Desert Sunrise High School from Maricopa, Arizona. Maricopa is in the south center of the state and is about 30 miles south of Phoenix. Their director is Brian Wyatt. This is the 2nd time I have done their show.

57 ties the record for the most shows done in one year. I have one winter guard show coming up probably in November and so there is time to get away from Pyware for a little bit. Over the next few weeks, I will be traveling to see some of the bands that I wrote for perform at Texas UIL regional and area contests. I will be at Region 10 on the 17th, Region 23 on the 20th and Region 27 on the 21st. Road trip time is coming!!

At the beginning of November, I have picked 13 shows which I will play the video animation on Pyware as examples from 2026. Most of the shows that I did this year were a lot of fun to do. This has been one of the more enjoyable years that I have had.

Good stuff!
