Grade 1 Drill

Less than 15 sets – Basic movement, lots of standstill to concentrate about the playing. For younger groups or non competitive groups.

Grade 2 Drill

15 to 25 sets – Basic movement, less standstill. For those who do minimal competition (one contest a year) or in lower classification.

Grade 3 Drill

26 to 40 sets – More Difficult movement, minimal standstill. For those in moderate competition (several contests a year) or in a medium classification.
