The 7th show that was completed for 2018 was Industrial High School from Vanderbilt, Texas. Vanderbilt is about 20 miles northeast of Victoria. The school has about 376 students and is in UIL Region 13 classified as AAA. The band charted for 65 members including 49 winds. Their director is Houston Cummings and this is the fifth year I have done their show.
The show is entitled Mangione Magic and is arranged by Jay Dawson from Arrangers Publishing. The movements include Feels So Good, Children of Sanchez, Land of Make Believe, Echano, and El Gato Triste.
The drill has 44 sets and would be considered Grade 3.5 to 4 or of some difficutly. This show was completed on June 15.
