The 24th show completed for 2019 is Heights High School from Houston, Texas. This is the first year that I had the opportunity to do their drill and they are the 2nd 6A school that I have written for. HISD schools do not have the greatest reputation for marching band but this one is a terrific band. Their music was my personal favorite for this year putting Gershwin on the field. Love it!!
That leaves five more. Wolfson High School is awaiting approval. Pasadena and Rice High Schools are halfway done, Hawley High School is 2/3 done, and Monahans High School is 3/5 done. There is an ending to this after all! 🙂 Tonight, I will be working on Pasadena.
