The 8th show for display is for Stafford High School from Stafford, Texas. Stafford is about 25 miles southwest of Houston. Their director is Rod Rodriguez. This is the 15th time I have done their show.
Their show is entitled Aurora and it is arranged by Luke McMillan. It is about the sight of the Northern Lights. Movements include Aurora, In the Air Tonight (Phil Collins), and Rewrite the Stars (from the Greatest Showman).
The drill was written for 140 members which ties for the largest band I wrote for and includes 117 winds which is the largest wind group. The drill has 40 sets.
This show was completed on July 14.
