The 15th show completed for 2026 is for Carbon High School from Price, Utah. Price is in the central part of Utah, about 120 miles southeast of Salt Lake City. Their director is Adam Cunningham. This is the 1st time I have done their show and the first from the state of Utah.
We are well into the 2nd wave of show writing. Bradford and Junction City are awaiting final approval. Greenville and Woodgrove have three movements done of four. Morenci, Keene, Cuero, and Tom Bean have two movements done of three. Openers are complete for Eisenhower, Conant, Goliad, Luling, and University Charter. I will be starting Sealy today and Norfolk on Monday. In any case, more completions are going to come pretty fast over the next few days.
I will be at the Texas Bandmasters Association convention in San Antonio for an evening on Thursday going into Friday. I will probably be bringing the computer with me to do a little more show writing.
