From Region 23
1st Division – Bellaire High School, Houston, TX
Director – Bill Waltemath
Show – Paint it Black by John Fannin
Number of Times – 7
Seven years ago, I got a call from Bill about a show and he mentioned to me he was in the Plano Senior High School Band a little before I went to Plano East. He and I have become friends talking about all things Plano. He very possibly knew my high school band director better than me. Both he and I are very happy about this result.
Two more UIL bands to go and they both go tomorrow. I am heading to Region 27 in Waller for Sealy High School while Itasca High School will be the last one in Region 8.
